  I and two other people came in for dinner one evening, with a check that came to be over $100. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib, medium rare. He was the last to get his food and the prime rib came out RAW, so he nicely asked if it could be cooked for a little longer to reach the medium rare that he had asked for. An hour goes by and he STILL has not received his food, at this point I and the other person had already finished our food, and had to remind our server about his food. By the time his food had gotten brought back out, it was so over cooked that it was tough. It was very clear that the prime rib had been cooking, and forgotten about. All while our waitress came by the table once and we had to ask more than once for refills. I understand a restaurant being busy, but the total neglect of your tables is not okay. And to not say anything about the condition of the food rather than "it was the cooks fault" is unprofessional. I will not be returning.
