- 1 / 5By Creation NationI bought a pastry and coffee. No free refills for coffee. They wanted to charge me full price for a refill. Very bad policy to have.
Manager said it was because they have to make each cup fresh, I had an Americano, but regardless this is still a horrible customer service policy.
I won't be coming back.
