  I lived in Helena for 5 years this was my favorite Mexican restaurant. When I travel back there every few months this a a stop. The food is very good. The portions are just right and it is reasonable priced. I would categorize this an North Americanize Mexican food - meaning you won't find anything too hot or spicy. It's a great place for families restaurant.

  Absolutely terrible! Waited for a waiter to get our drinks, when he showed up he was there to take our order. Soon as he was done he sat another table AND SOON AFTER taking their order. They then got their food as we waited another 10 before getting ours. When we got ours I tried my food and it was so bland I ate only 1 enchilada then breaking up the second to see if the sauce would give it some taste and nothing. So I asked the waiter to take it that I didn't want it regardless of still being hungry... he did not offer me anything else or an apology. He just took my plate and brought the bill. I asked for hI'm to take it off or half price and he said he couldn't do it. He then called his boss after reciting some choice words and continuously using profanity towards me and in front of my daughter and neice. I asked him not to talk like that and he took the off my ticket tosses the receipt to me to sign and threw the pen and said have a nice day and walked away. I signed and walked out. Never will go there again!
