  I moved here from Chicago, 30 years ago, and consider the Bagel Company's boiled bagels to be as good as anything I left behind.
  The staff is always cheerful, and whatever bagel and schmear you choose is easily the best in the state.

  It would really do the business some good to hire more customer service oriented employees.. The quality service is hit or miss.. some of their employees are great, others not so much... it takes awhile to get quality service and food. We love the atmosphere and the food but, really disappointed in the customer service we've received lately..

  Need more staff. Had to wait almost 10 minutes before even giving my order, as staff left the counter to fill a previous order. Staff does not look clean; therefore I worry about my food being clean. They should wear hair coverings and gloves and do something to themselves so they don't look so tired and harried.
